  1. Provider. The games are provided by Kaya Rock Media, owner [First name Last name], [address] (see Imprint), on TikTok and as apps on the App Store and Google Play. The platform's terms also apply: on TikTok, TikTok's terms (account, Beans, ads); in the apps, Apple's or Google's terms (download, payment, refunds).
  2. Service. The games are free to play and ad-supported; optional purchases may be offered. Content and features may change. No guaranteed availability.
  3. Eligibility. On TikTok you need a TikTok account and must meet TikTok's age requirements (13+). The apps need no account and are also intended for players aged 13+. Minors need parental consent for purchases.
  4. Virtual items. Coins, tickets, ranks and upgrades have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Everything can be earned without paying. No paid random items (no loot boxes).
  5. Purchases [activate with IAP]. Paid via TikTok Beans; content and price (incl. the price in EUR) are shown before purchase. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital content it expires only if you expressly agree to immediate delivery, acknowledge the loss of the right and receive a confirmation. One-time purchases can be restored under "Shop → Restore purchases".
  6. Fair play. No cheating, save or clock manipulation, attacks on our servers or automated use.
  7. Rights. Games, code, texts, names and logos belong to Kaya Rock Media or its licensors (see "Info → Licenses"). You may share screenshots and videos of your own play on social media. Parts of the artwork, videos and voices were created with AI.
  8. Liability. Unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and under guarantees. For slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory rights for digital products remain unaffected.
  9. Termination. You may stop using the games at any time. We will announce the discontinuation of a game at least [30] days in advance.
  10. Changes. We may amend these terms for the future; material changes will be announced in-game.
  11. Law. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
